Works!
I finally had occasion to test these out when I misplaced the keys to a couple of wafer-locks in the house recently. It took a little fiddling, but after I couple of minutes I was able to get rotation and open the cabinet and drawer in question. Of course I found the keys immediately afterward. These weigh almost nothing and are cheap insurance against misplaced desk and cabinet keys around the house.

Very small, well-made
I'm impressed by the small size of these jigglers. They could easily pass for a common zipper pull with a little bit of cordage and tape.
