Returns Policy
The inability of an individual to use lock pick tools successfully does not constitute a defective item and lock picks cannot be returned for this reason. There are no mysteries to this profession, so anyone with patience, determination, and knowledge of the mechanics of locks can be successful in the art of picking. The main contributor to this success is study, then practice, practice, practice.
Tools with manufacturing or structural defects may be returned for a replacement. Please contact us by email (sales@lockpicktools.com).
Books are not returnable.
All picks that have a laminated handle are guaranteed for life against separating or de-lamination.

USPS Priority Mail
Is Priority Mail guaranteed to arrive within 3 days? No!
Priority Mail may arrive in 1 day, 2 days or 3 days based on where you are shipping your package from and where it is being sent. This is not a guaranteed service by the USPS or Southern Specialties.
Date of delivery is not guaranteed by the post office, but they try to meet the goal of 2-3 days.
