    An ideal set

Posted by Michael on 23rd Jul 2020

I ordered a couple of these sets after noticing how often Bosnian Bill used them in his videos. They’re an excellent range of sizes for the majority of pin tumbler locks I’ve come across.

    Tension Tool 2500 Series Set

Posted by Robert Kern on 22nd Oct 2019

The best tension tools I own. Have removed all of the tension wrenches from my three separate manufacturers pick kits and replaced them with these. Yes, I have two Peterson TOK wrenches but your 2500 Series Set, which come with a vinal case, fits nicely in any pick case and holds them securely. Cannot say enough good things about this set. Try them - you'll like them because you'll use them!

Optimal TOK tensioners for really psychotic keyways

Posted by Evan D / phurgawtin on 17th Oct 2019

I typically use S-shaped tension wrenches for TOK, but given how little room some of the keyways I'd been recently picking have had for wrenches (looking at you, Brady LOTO), I needed something that would take up less area in the keyway while still providing a snug fit. Variable thickness L-shaped tension TOK wrenches provided the exact solution I needed, and I've used them on a few other tricky locks as well. I still prefer S-shaped wrenches, but when those aren't viable, these so far have been reliable backups. No idea how good the BOK wrenches are. I don't use those unless absolutely necessary. I would have bought the set as TOK only if it was offered.

A solid 6 tension wrench offering.

Posted by Sulfur on 26th Mar 2019

I grabbed this six wrench set as part of a larger order, because I liked the varying thicknesses and I thought the colored bands on the wrenches for immediate recognition was a nice touch. Sure enough, I've been pleased with these wrenches so far, and I expect to get a lot of use out of them. The specified thicknesses mean I've been able to use the shorter as top tension occasionally also (not always, but on a ML 570 for example,) which adds a lot of value. Finally, they came in a nice little carrying case--which wasn't expected but certainly welcome. Recommended if you're looking for a new set of tension tools!

    Incredible set of tension tools

I can't say enough good things about this set. I have lots of wrenches, but use these constantly. Add in a pry bar in .05 and you have everything you need to pick most everything.
