Folding Pocket Set - 8
This is the finest folding pick set on the market, period! The body is machined from solid aluminum billet with the precision of a Swiss watchmaker. The locking lever needs only to be pushed up 90 degrees to allow the 8 picks to move freely. When tightened the locking lever positively locks all picks.
The Jack Knife comes set up with the following picks: #2, 5, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, 9E and one Bullnose tension tool.
Removal of the tension tool from its storage slot is accomplished with a simple push in the thumb slot. The tool will snap out into your hand, no broken thumbnails! The 8 picks can be easily removed and changed and requires no tools.
Upon request we can modify the "Jack Knife" lock picks to better fit your needs.

Good With a Flaw
Removing individual picks is a breeze. However you MUST line the screw up correctly or the lever arm will be tight in a position other than folded against the body. Other than that, it is great. Nice picks and it holds one more pick than the other jackknives available.

FOLDING POCKET SET - 8
Of all the jackknife pick sets I have purchased this one is hands down the best for ease of upgrading, compactness, and how securely the pick locks into place for use, I replaced the various ball and diamond picks it comes with, substituting more varied hooks to suit my style, I really like that they sell blanks so I can cut my own custom picks

Best all around EDC tool
I have both the plastic and aluminum folding pocket sets. These are my go-to picks for casual picking sessions or emergency use. I swap out a couple of picks to customize for my personal tastes.

Best folder by a lot
I bought this a few months ago along with a few euro profile picks and blanks for it. The locking mechanism works great, this is what is missing on the other folders. You get a extremely solid feel while picking. I also like that they went with the thinner 0.020" metal, Im not a huge fan of 0.025". The profiles are your standard Southern Specialties profiles which are great. Super ecstatic they had pick blanks, I made a handmade Bogota and won the Defcon challenge this year with it. I carry this every day which has increased the time I spend picking locks by a ton. Here's the Defcon video of the lock picking contest: https://twitter.com/JimyLongs/status/762439605647872001

Had a brinks lock SPP'd within 5 minutes of receiving the package.
I love that it's not plastic. I hate flimsy stuff. It's way smaller than I was expecting, and super light. It works very well so far. I'm a novice, just developing my skills, and I wanted something I could carry around with me for practice when I'm out and bored or in the event myself or a friend locks ourselves out of something. Locksmith's can be pricey. This thing is nice. Only issues I have are that the tension wrench came out in my pocket (which isn't a huge deal. At least it went in my pocket), and the locking mechanism seems like it will eventually fail. It hasn't, and it may not, but the fact that it's just threaded on there like that rubs me the wrong way. I get the concept though, and being able to replace your picks is definitely a positive attribute of the product. I can't think of a better way to do it, and I may just be wrong altogether about the future potential for failure. I wish I knew what the serrated portion of the housing unit is for. It's clearly intentional. Is it for extra grip or something? I didn't find any answers online. Regardless, I love this thing and will probably buy more products from your company. Real solid stuff, and the workmanship and simplicity of the design is great. Thanks!

Solid folder
The picks arent thick and bulky which is a good thing, I expected clunky thick picks which wouldn't fit in many keyways but got just the opposite they are just the right thickness to get in your typical locks you would encounter though have not mic'ed them. I was nervous using it at first because of this fact unsure of metal quality but so far they have held up to some abuse. The metal used seems to be of quality I have actually made a twanging vibrating noise with the pick shoving pins up hard using extreme tension(special absolutely opposite of normal technique for a certain lock) before and have noticed no bends or dents in the picks. Feedback feels better than what you would expect. The tension wrench(turning tool) is great, comes out when you want it to come out but seems held in well when you dont want it falling out. There is a slot for the wrench and its unique curve holds itself in place, when you put it in you will notice the tension and feel secure about it for edc. The tension lever screw locks the pick up solid and unlocks with half a turn as youd expect. Its actually possible to switch picks in middle of picking if you try hard enough. I would suggest someone buy this. I may even get a polymer as a backup. I think keeping one of these and some locks laying around is a good way to encourage practicing without dragging out a full set of picks. Replacement picks are reasonably priced and customizing your pick selection is an option although I think the picks pictured are a reasonable selection.

better than I expected
I dont usually write reviews but I thought I would for this one. I was pretty impressed with this pick. it is a little smaller than I was expecting, but I mean that in a good way. Mainly I am impressed that the picks are very strong. They dont feel flimsy and I dont have to be worried about them snapping the tip off in a lock. Also, surprisingly the tension bar is very strong as well. so overall i feel like I got a good product, and it was made in the USA.

Light and sturdy
Surprisingly light but feels good in the hand. Tension rod fits well and stores secure.
